DETAILS THAT MATTER
Handtufted of 100% PET polyester in India. This product celebrates and preserves artisan handcraft traditions around the world.
PET rugs are kid-friendly and can be cleaned with soap and sponge.
PET polyester uses less energy to produce, keeps plastics out of landfills and is resistant to stains, fading and mildew.
Rug is yarn-dyed – Fibers are treated individually with environmentally safe dyes before weaving to offer vibrant, lasting colors.
7’x10′ rug is sourced from 190 bottles of 1.5 liters each.
A mixture of cut and looped pile adds texture and dimension.
Self-bound for enduring quality.
Backing is made of 100% cotton fabric with odorless synthetic latex adhesive, which makes it non-slip for added safety. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odor and extends the rug’s life. It does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.

CARE
Vacuum regularly using vacuum cleaner without a beater brush and a low power setting, to prevent debris from settling into the roots of the fibers.
Do not pool loose ends. Clip them with scissors to remove.
Attend to spills immediately. For spot cleaning, apply water in very small amount; do not saturate. If applying cleaning solvent, test in a small inconspicuous area before using.
For general maintenance or stubborn stains, use an experienced cleaning service that specializes in hand made rug.
Do not dry clean. Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rugs.
We recommend using a rug pad.
Rotate or reposition your rug every 3-6 months to promote even wear on the rug surface and extend the life of the rug.
